Crash may lead to personal injury case against driver's estate

Driving the wrong way on a road in Missouri or elsewhere around the country is a dangerous behavior. Often, this action may result in accidents, causing both property damage and personal injury. The driver of the SUV was a 41-year-old man. He was transported to a nearby hospital and died as a result of injuries from the collision. The driver of the car, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Police reports indicate that neither man involved was wearing a seat belt.
