About Jordan Hudspith

Jordan Hudspith focuses primarily on domestic cases, including divorce, motions to modify child support, custody, paternity cases, and maintenance awards. Jordan was raised in Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in 2011. Subsequently, she went to law school in Birmingham, Alabama at Cumberland School of Law, and was admitted to the Alabama Bar, where she practiced civil litigation, including insurance defense. From there, she moved to Columbia, Missouri and was admitted to the Missouri Bar. Since being in Missouri, Jordan’s practice focused on contractual matters, including civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Jordan has comprehensive experience in representing various entities in a range of civil matters in both state and federal court.

Throughout childhood, Jordan had the privilege and experience of sharing her home and family with numerous foster children from diverse backgrounds. Those childhood experiences along with her desire to help people navigate challenging family law issues, cemented her decision to become a family law attorney. Jordan understands the importance of communication during representation and her goal is to provide the best service to her clients. She is committed to zealous representation in all family law matters. Working with the client’s goal in mind, Jordan will serve as a guide to reach the best possible outcome for each client’s case.

Jordan is a member of the Boone County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Missouri. Jordan resides in New Bloomfield and is active in her local church. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring nature.
